An introduction paragraph is an important element of any essay. It introduces the topic or question that your essay will tackle and explains your position.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components can be added to armors, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools. They offer an added benefit or impact while the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors or players, looted or obtained as rewards, or created with crafting materials. Upgrade items can have cosmetic effects, in addition to giving bonus attributes.

Upgrade components include inscriptions enhancements and infusions. They aren't generally available for general use and are only available on ascended equipment or certain weapons that aren't ascended from the Factions Campaign. Infusions, inscriptions, as well as enrichments can be recovered from equipment using an Infusion Extraction Device or saved using a Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool.

In contrast to other upgrade items, Phoenix Boxes can be traded while attached to the item that they are upgrading, and can be reused after they are salvaged. These upgrades are the best method to increase the quality of your quality of armor and weapon without spending Dilithium in the sense that they increase the likelihood of receiving a quality upgrade by two times.

Upgrade components can be added to an item, but the previous one is destroyed (except for legendaries and ascended equipment). Only upgraded items that have an identification level of 0 or higher can include upgrade components them. If  item upgrader  add an upgrade to an existing weapon that already has a suffix or a prefix upgrade the item will be named as it would appear on the game screen (for example adding an Radiant insignia to Canthan Armor makes it Canthan Armor Minor Vigor). A player can own up to 3 upgrade items at a time.

Glyphs

Glyphs are a fantastic addition to any item. They provide unique advantages and boosts. Certain glyphs can increase the number of affixes that can be placed on an item, increasing its overall strength. These glyphs can be obtained through the dungeons and some be found in certain World Tier 3 areas. It's important to keep in mind that glyphs can't be used on a character who has not been able to create an area of root dungeons of the same depth.

To make use of a Glyph first, you need to build it from components and connect them to anchors. The component will then automatically align to other components or paths in the same layer. If you don't want to create the glyph with components, you can use an array of paths and anchors. Drag an element in the direction of the component that is highlighted to hold it into place.

Some glyphs have conditions to satisfy, like having 25 Dexterity or more in a specific area on the Paragon Board. Some also require a certain number of Primary Stat nodes to be activated which is sometimes difficult to attain. Some glyphs have a radius, which increases as you move up.

Glyphs are used for many different items, and are added to all weapons except for weapons belonging to specific classes. Some of these glyphs also have conditions for example, like having a certain number of Dexterity or Attack damage in a specific location on the Paragon board.

The Defend Glyph boosts the chance of blocking enemy attacks by 5%. It also has a chance of 15% to render the Hero vulnerable for two turns.

Some glyphs may also be applied to restricted use tools, like the Black Lion Chest and Trading Post. Adding these glyphs will count towards the Combat Mechanic achievement.

The most common glyphs in the game are the attack glyphs that increase Artifacts' ATK substats by a fixed value. These glyphs are especially useful for classes that employ weapons with a range, such as Warriors or Rogues. Other glyphs include the Exploit Glyph which makes enemies who strike the Hero vulnerable to being damaged.

Reroll tokens

Reroll tokens can be used for rerolling the result of an Action. When the reroll happens the tokens are then discarded. Reroll tokens are obtained in a variety of ways, such as through the dungeons, raids and skirmishes. They can also be bought at the shop or from other players. They are particularly beneficial in dungeons or trials because they allow players to roll rewards from the end of the chest.

For items that are at level 1, there are values for recycling points. When recycle an item, it will add a specific amount of points to the gauge for upgrading. This value scales based on the item's level and rarity. The upgraded item will also not be able to keep its level when it is rerolled, and the cost to recycle an upgraded item increases when its level increases.

The player can also use reroll tokens in order to roll an item. However it won't bring back the item's original stats or level. This is a great option for players who wish to reroll a product they aren't happy with but still want to keep it in their collection.

There are three different types of upgrade tokens available in the game: reroll, random, and upgrade. Each type comes with several subtypes. For instance, reroll tokens come in three different levels: rare, enhanced and legendary. Each requires a product of the appropriate level to create a new item with the same quality.

To use rerolling tokens, select "Reroll Token" by right-clicking the Satanic or Angelic items in your inventory. Select the type of token. The tokens that are available include Item, Weapon, Misc, 1hgun, 2hgun and Focus. The Item token can be used to create an Item in any quality. A Weapon or Misc token produces a new weapon belonging to the same faction.

The item could also be upgraded to a different item that has the same stats but a higher level. This is likely to happen when the item is in the Pool that cannot be dropped or was transferred to it as part of the Franchise Card.
